At Raffiné, we carry this legacy, not just as chefs or restaurateurs, but as children of this heritage. Our menu is a tribute to the flavors we grew up with, where every dish is rooted in memory, elevated with technique, and crafted to surprise, satisfy, and stir emotion.

Dining, for us, is a continuation of a dialogue that began thousands of years ago between people, cultures, and time.

From the shores of Lebanon came some of the world’s first networks of exchange; wine, olive oil, letters, and craftsmanship that travelled across the sea and shaped how people connected and created.

Raffiné continues that legacy through Originist Cuisine: an exploration of civilisation’s beginnings, told through Lebanon’s three landscapes — the fertile valleys of the earth, the mountains of the land, and the coasts of the sea.

Each represents a chapter in humanity’s oldest journey from cultivation to connection, from roots to voyage.

We follow one belief: that gastronomy, craftsmanship, and art, as reflections on our civilisation, can still reconnect humanity through sensations that linger in taste, memory, and dialogue.

What began thousands of years ago as trade returns as a homecoming, carried with the same warmth that flows through the Lebanese landscape and the generations that have called it home.

We bring people together to create memories

Our shared heritage, shaped by growing up with the Lebanese cuisine in opposite sides of the world, inspired us to create Raffiné. As a Norwegian and an Australian of Lebanese descent, we were raised with a deep appreciation for the flavors and traditions passed down through generations. These inherited recipes, lovingly prepared by our families, became a cornerstone of our identities, and now, they form the heart of Raffiné.

Through Raffiné, we aim to honor the authenticity of Lebanese cuisine while elevating the dining experience. Every dish tells a story of Lebanon, where food is more than just a meal—it is a way to connect, celebrate, and share the culture. At Raffiné, we invite our guests to experience the rich flavors of Lebanon, shaped by thousands of years of history, presented with care and a contemporary touch, paired with thoughtfully selected wines. It’s our way of continuing a legacy of hospitality, one that welcomes everyone to gather, explore, and savor the beauty of Lebanese cuisine.

Raffiné is accessible, with wheelchair-friendly entrances and restrooms.

Raffiné’s menu includes a variety of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian-friendly options, reflecting the inclusive nature of Lebanese cuisine. Many of our dishes are naturally suitable for different dietary needs, and we can cater to most allergies and special dietary requirements.

Please note that we do not serve halal meat, but guests looking for non-meat options will find plenty to enjoy in our Mezze by the Sea and Mezze by the Earth selections.
